蘇聯末期有很多這種關注孤兒、被棄兒童或邊緣少年的電影，如《這就是天堂》、《再一次微笑》和《孤兒所》等。這部片還算是稍微有點深度（當然，導演打悲情牌還是多了點）。PS：整部片最震撼的一幕莫過於孩子們將注有膠水的塑料袋套在頭上***一幕。
